Ryan Roach

Ryan Roach earned his medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He then completed an orthopedic surgery residency at NYU orthopedics in New York City and served as executive chief resident. He subsequently completed his Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute. There he served as assistant team physician for the University of Alabama and the University of West Alabama.

Dr. Roach’s practice focuses on the treatment of all athletes and athletic injuries including ailments of the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee.  Dr. Roach has a particular interest in the management of athletic hip pathology including impingement and labral tears.

Dr. Roach has authored several publications and book chapters and is an active member of national organizations including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.
